Parking in Scheveningen is cheaper for the guests of Hotel ´t Sonnehuys, because our guests can make use of the parking permits that the hotel has. With a parking permit, you can park in the area around the hotel. Use of the Standard Parking Permit costs €25 and allows you to park from the moment you check in at the hotel (15:00 - 18:00) until check out on the following day (until 10:00). If you are staying several days at the hotel, use of the permit is €25 per day, including the morning of your departure. If you are planning to spend the rest of the day in Scheveningen after check out, it is possible to extend the parking permit until 15:00 on the day of departure for just €10 extra. Important: We have a limited number of parking permits available. Therefore, we recommend to reserve a permit when you reserve your room. The parking permits of Hotel ´t Sonnehuys is the cheapest parking option in Scheveningen. Parking in a parking garage is always more expensive and further away from the hotel.
Hotel ´t Sonnehuys has not indoor parking for bicycles. It is not allowed to bring your bicycle to your room. Directly outside the hotel is an unprotected outdoor bicycle parking. A bit of a longer walk from the hotel but cheaper, is APCOA Strand in the street Zwolsestraat. From this garage it is about 15 minute by foot to Hotel ´t Sonnehuys. Another parking garage that is often cheaper is Interparking Strand. At this garage it is often possible to reserve a parking spot before, so you are guaranteed a parking place in the garage. Reserving a parking spot is also possible at Parkbee Berkenbosch Blokstraat. This is the parking area of the local tennis club.
The cheapest way to park is to make use of Park + Beach Den Haag. With this parking scheme, you park your car in central The Hague near Malieveld or shopping center New Babylone and travel on to the hotel by public transport.
