When can I check in at the hotel?
Check-in at Hotel ´t Sonnehuys is between 15:00 and 18:00.
Before 15:00 and after 18:00, our reception is closed and it is not possible to check in. Check-in times are limited, because we are a small hotel with just 9 rooms. It allows us to reduce staff costs and therefore limit room prices.
Early check-in is never possible, because we are still cleaning the rooms and the hotel for the arrival of our guests.
If you are delayed and do not expect to arrive before 18:00, we ask you to call the hotel as soon as possible. We have a key box available for late arrivals. Use of the key box is only possible if the key box is available, so is not guaranteed. If you check-in by use of the key box, we ask you to pay all costs before your arrival and send us a photo of your identification. This way, we know that we provide the keys to the right person. If you have not checked in before 18:00 and have not called us to reserve the key box, we regard the reservation as a no-show. This means that it is no longer possible to check in, but we do charge the full costs of the reservation.
