Please read our House Rules carefully. With these rules we want to make sure that every guest has a pleasant experience at our hotel.
Check-out is between 08:00 and 10:00.
Smoking is forbidden in the entire hotel, including the balconies or out of a window. Smoking in the hotel is an offense, for which a fine of €250 per offense will be charged to the guest. When illegal smoking sets off the fire alarm and the fire brigade or fire safety company has to come, all additional costs are charged to the smoker (often more than €1000). Trying to deactivate or sabotage the alarm system will set off the alarm and is a criminal offense, which will be reported to the police.

Loud music, parties and other kinds of disturbances to our guests are not allowed.
Damage to the room or other parts of the hotel caused by a guest, will be charged fully to the guest responsible. If the room can not be used for one or more nights because of this damage, the costs for canceling guests will also be charged fully to the guest responsible. When the guest declines to pay for the damages, this will be reported to the police.
Dogs are only allowed in the hotel on specific permission of the hotel management. Other animals are not allowed in the hotel. All damages caused by dogs will be charged to the main guest of the room.
The hotel is not responsible for any damage to or theft of any luggage or other properties of guests.
